The Ambition Collective is a group of ambitiously creative (and creatively ambitious) women, mentoring and learning from each other at McCann Worldgroup.

The Ambition Collective is a network made up of diverse women with one thing in common – their ambition. But despite this shared will, the drivers behind their ambition are not the same. Each woman has her own goals, unique strengths, and paths to success. This logo approach leans into the multiple dimensions of the word ambition. Using the letter “A” as a graphic representation, this symbol will morph and adapt to the limitless interpretations of the word “ambition”. Reminding us that even though your circumstances may be different, the ambition is a constant for this collective.
