The Agenda stands as a dedicated employee resource group at McCann New York, committed to amplifying the voices and perspectives of the queer community both within the agency and in the broader world.

Our logo is a visual representation of the diverse identities within the LGBTQIA+ community, expressed through a variety of fonts. Despite each letter having its unique style, they come together in harmony, symbolizing the unity within our community amidst individual differences. This design reflects our refusal to conform to societal norms, showcasing our authenticity.

Through animation, the logo morphs and shapeshifts, representing the ever-evolving and growing nature of our community.
